Can Bph Cause Urinary Tract Infections

Urinoct Review

Urinoct helps relieve symptoms associated with a prostate disorder called benign hyperplasia. The product contains natural ingredients that promote urinary health.

The formula helps to clean the urinary tract from toxins. The ingredients also help improve cellular function and ward off heavy metallic contamination.

How to know if you have prostate issues

Men with a family background of prostate cancer and older men should see their doctor to have regular screenings. A simple PSA blood test can detect an over-inflated prostate. It can also show if there’s a chance of developing cancer or any other medical issues that require treatment.

If you believe that your doctor has diagnosed you with a prostate condition, they will ask about your symptoms. Tell them how long they have been going on. You’ll be asked if there is any burning or pain when you urinate. They may also ask if your urine has changed. A digital rectal (DRE) may be recommended, in which a finger is placed on your prostate with a lubricated glove from inside your rectum. This procedure takes approximately 10-15 seconds.

Symptoms of Prostate Problems

The prostate is a walnut-sized gland found in the lower urinary tract, in the front and back of the penis. It is responsible for the production of semen, which in turn is used to make sperm. BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) is the most prevalent prostate problem. This occurs when prostate enlarges, causing it to interfere with urine flow. Other symptoms are painful urination or a weak urine stream, as well as hesitancy, or stopping midstream. Fecal incontinence, also known as bowel incontinence, is another symptom that some men with BPH may experience. Not being able to urinate is a more severe symptom.

Medicine for Prostate Problems

There are a variety of medicines that can help with prostate issues. They can be liquids or pills, or tablets or liquids in a suppository. The liquid is then passed into the bladder through your penis. Saw palmetto is a common medication. It can be purchased in liquid extract or as a herbal supplement. These medications may be used in combination or alone, depending upon your doctor’s recommendation.

Surgery for Prostate Disorders

If lifestyle changes and medicines don’t improve your symptoms, surgery might be an option. This could be done at your GP’s office or by a specialist urologist. Your doctor will explain to you the pros and con of each surgery type so that you can decide which is best for your needs. They will also explain other options, such as regular check-ups at your GP’s office or with a urologist in the hospital.

The good news is BPH and most other prostate issues are not cancerous. But that doesn’t mean they can be ignored. It is important to continue your regular visits with your GP as well as your PSA/DRE tests. These can be the best way of detecting cancer or other conditions before they become serious. And if the disease is detected early, there are treatments that can save lives. This is particularly true of prostate cancer, which is usually treatable if it’s caught before it becomes advanced.
